Today’s Prayer
Father, I would have left me, just abandoned the project by now. But you, you have not left me as I am, you have brought me out, lifted me up, and you spend hours conforming me into the image of your perfect son, Jesus. I fight you, I doubt you, but you hold me fast, with no thought of letting go. Thank you.
Today’s Scripture
The Lord is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.
The Lord protects the unwary; when I was brought low, he saved me.
Return to your rest, my soul, for the Lord has been good to you.
(Psalm 116:5-6)
