God's Cardinal

Flying softly in the breeze The color filled with life Blink your eye and you will see God's bird of such delight Flying in a special way With presence everywhere Pick him out like royalty Colors can't compare Smile will come across your face As gently he will land Presence of such majesty In any place he stands Creation of such beauty Flies within our sight Looking at the awe of him Gliding like great light Look to see his presence Amongst the trees so tall Never hard to find him there Gift of love to all Royal red with special crown Gift we always treasure Nature's gift for all to see Presence of God's splendor ~ Francine Pucillo ~ ©used with permission POETRY~EMOTION
