The Beatitudes are from the Sermon on the Mount and are blessings spoken by Jesus. In total there are 8 Kids Beatitudes. And I think that they’re a good guideline for how to live life.

When Jesus was a grown-up, He traveled to many towns teaching people about God. One day he sat on a high hill, so that the large crowd could see and hear him better. The things he said that day are called "The Sermon On The Mount". One part of this we call the "Beatitudes" Jesus used some big words but here is an idea of what he tought his people.
Blessed are those who know they need God.
Blessed are those who feel sad; God will help them feel happy again.
Blessed are those who are humble and do not brag or put others down.
Blessed are those who want to do as God would want them to do.
Blessed are those who forgive.
Blessed are those who try to do what is fair and act peacefully.
Blessed are those who are treated badly because they believe in Jesus; God will take care of them.
Blessed are those who know they need God.
